Goal
This involves having consistent discussions about the Goal of the Project and Team Members to ensure that the stakeholders are properly aligned. These discussions and reminders lessen the likelihood of miscommunication and dissatisfaction as all stakeholders are GROUNDED with a shared goal.
Always remember that everyone wants to succeed, but each one needs to be reminded of that shared purpose occasionally.
Reality
More often than not, we tend to pursue our agendas without considering our key stakeholders and the bigger picture. We frequently dismiss the reality of things to show our capacity, knowledge, and particular know-how.
Stick to providing what is needed by assessing the situation and identifying obstacles. Lastly, learn how to best work with a team to establish and maintain harmony.
Options
Having options to various concerns raised by analyzing Pros and Cons, will help the team to have a unified solution that enables the client to remain confident with the team.
The ability to foresee, prepare and think critically for numerous events is of utmost importance, especially in Project Management.
Ways Forward
This involves creating numerous action plans with specific steps, ensuring that one is fully committed to the plan by following through with deadlines and remaining accountable.
Following through with the GROW Model while embedding a Coaching Mentality in one’s habits will surely increase efficiency and foster a better trusting network and personal relationships.
